1 – Online Ordering Terms and Conditions

2 – Ordering of Goods & Delivery Information
When ordering CD’s or the book ‘Ghost Whisperer’ on this caterinaligato.com website, click “order" and enter your credit card and delivery details into our secure order form.
Your credit card will be charged on the day of placing your order or next business day. caterinaligato.com will confirm your order by immediate email, when you place your order.
We will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address you specify in your order form, as fast as possible. Orders are processed and despatched daily, during business hours.
Orders will be dispatched after payment is received for the goods and caterinaligato.com is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

3 – Pricing & Payment
You need to pay the applicable price listed on the web site for the Goods & postage/handling fee specified. You can pay by cash, cheque, money order, bank transfer or credit cards – email or contact our office for any details required. Refer to ‘contact me’ on the Site.
• Standard delivery charges ($5.00) apply to all orders.
• Payment must be cleared before the Goods are despatched.

4 – Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy applies to all merchandise that you receive (* conditions apply)
• CD’s - if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)
• CD’s – * No refunds ‘once opened’ or ‘used’ – there is NO exceptions
• Books – ‘Ghost Whisperer’ – if you receive damaged, or incorrect item(s)
You may return the product(s) within ten (10) days of delivery (see returns procedure)
When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement(s) or issue a full refund, including postage and handling.
Please choose carefully when ordering CD or Book Online. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase unless you have good reason to cancel. caterinaLigato.com has the right to refuse a transaction in the unlikely case that there is a pricing or error and prices are not shown as correct.
